Johannes
Herberstein, born in 1970 in Vienna, Austria, began his path into the artistic
realm with his education in design at the "Art Center College of Design"
in Vevey, Switzerland as well as in Los Angeles, USA.Upon graduation, he worked as a designer, then later as a graphic designer (artist) as well as an advertising specialist for print media and internet in Germany and Austria. His latest achievement in this field of business was the development and building of the Austrian branch office in Vienna for an international multimedia agency and managed it as Managing Director.
In the last years he discovered his quest for new creative challenges
which brought him to the conclusion that he should totally concentrate
on artistic work. At present he works and lives in Vienna.
